Having previously studied Modern Languages, concentrating particularly on Spanish, Lynette turned her creative talents to obtaining qualifications in Interior Design. However, once her interest in Feng Shui became something of a passion, she saw the potential for this ancient discipline to make very positive differences to people’s homes and lives. With this in mind she embarked on a course of study which will undoubtedly be lifelong.

Lynette is in the unique position of having studied Practitioner Training Courses in both classical Chue Style Feng Shui with Sarah McAllister of the Feng Shui Agency and also Feng Shui with Robert Gray and Frédérique Cooke of the Feng Shui Academy. With the knowledge and training which Lynette has gained from these Accredited courses she brings to her consultations not only Classical Feng Shui but also the ability to assess the 'health' of the home or business as regards how it is affected by modern technology. It is not unusual to see Lynette laying down her Lo Pan to take up her dowsing rods to seek out Geopathic Stress, measure EMF's (electro-magnetic fields) with a professional field meter or assess rooms for the presence of microwave radiation.

Lynette is a down to earth individual who approaches Feng Shui with enthusiasm. She brings a professional and thorough approach to her consultations whilst making sure that advice is given in a clear, straightforward manner.

Lynette is continually augmenting her skills, having studied further courses including Feng Shui for Business, Drawing up Ba Zi’s and Advanced Earth Healing as well as Space Clearing. In order to enhance her abilities as a consultant and further her personal development Lynette has attended a variety of workshops and seminars held by leading authorities on Feng Shui such as Joey Yap, Howard Choy, Lillian Too, Richard Ashworth and Richard Creightmore.

Alongside studies specifically related to the sphere of Feng Shui Lynette has also completed courses in Psychic Awareness and Colours and Crystal Healing – both of which have proven to be complementary to her consultations. Lynette is currently taking classes in Mandarin in order to bring greater depth to her understanding of the characters used in classical Feng Shui.
Lynette has appeared as a guest on BBC Radio Berkshire. She has also contributed to subsequent topical discussion about Feng Shui with the radio station.
